As the Program Senior Coordinator, Mikaela collaborates on the CDC-awarded cooperative agreement goals with the team. Her role involves facilitating the progress, application, and maintenance of measures to improve immunization programming. In addition, she works to coordinate leadership activities and foster communication exchanges among members and key AIM partners.

Before joining AIM, she worked as a program coordinator for a nonprofit indigenous health organization. Mikaela advocates abolishing health disparities and creating health equity within communities. She earned her Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics.
