As Program Senior Coordinator, Helsa provides administrative support related to AIM’s partnership with CDC’s Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) program.
Before joining AIM, Helsa served her community as an advocate for families with disabilities. During the pandemic, she worked with the Florida Department of Health to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Helsa has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health from A. T. Still University.
