Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Webinar Series
On September 14, 2021, AIM hosted the second in a series of webinars focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This session discussed implicit bias and helped participants recognize the role of the individual in achieving inclusive spaces. We explored relevant examples of how bias plays out in the ways we think about health and immunization in marginalized communities. Participants left with an increased sense of self-awareness and an understanding of the roles they can play in combating implicit bias.
