Raise the Rates: The Vaccine Access Cooperative (VAC) Model for Public/Private Partnership to Raise COVID-19 Vaccination Rates for Children Ages 6 Months to 11 Years

This AIM presentation was given at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) 2024 National Immunization Conference (NIC) and was about AIM’s Vaccine Access Cooperative (VAC) regional meeting model to convene jurisdiction-based teams of key immunization partners and create jurisdiction-based action plans to raise COVID-19 vaccination rates for children ages 6 months to 11 years across 63 jurisdictions.
