AIM, in collaboration with Mathematica, shared and discussed information on designing a program evaluation in a webinar on April 4, 2024.
In this session, the Mathematica team described what program evaluation is and how it contributes to successful program implementation. They described how to develop an evaluation plan that documents the evaluation goal, research questions, data collection and analysis activities, and other components. Attendees were also walked through why and how to develop a logic model as part of the evaluation plan. In addition, the team highlighted some publicly available resources REACH recipients might use as part of their work to evaluate their activities.
