Up-to-date relevant resources to assist public health workers, healthcare professionals, and community health workers in improving COVID-19 vaccination rates.
AIM, the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), and Johns Hopkins University recently developed a curated, up-to-date list of resources from trusted sources to assist public health workers, healthcare professionals, and community health workers in improving health equity & COVID-19 vaccination rates. These resources are available as a handout and can be found online in the COVID-19 Vaccine Education Resources Portal. The resources include vaccine resources specific to faith-based organizations, African American, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American populations.
