REACHing for Health Equity: Community Sustainability Webinar (AIM)

This one-hour webinar on September 13 at 2 pm ET will feature a panel that includes REACH recipients discussing community sustainability. The REACHing for Health Equity webinar series complements the iREACH 2023 podcast series, REACHing for Vaccine Equity. The webinars discuss the accomplishments and challenges of working in communities to increase flu and COVID-19 vaccination rates and explore how these activities intersect with traditional REACH work on decreasing racial and ethnic disparities in chronic diseases and promoting healthy behaviors.
