Vaccine Basics Course Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to :

  • Describe the difference between “natural immunity” and “vaccine immunity.”
  • Name at least three reasons why we vaccinate people.
  • Describe the differences between live and non-live vaccines.
  • Explain how vaccines are checked for safety before and after they are licensed for use in the U.S.
