Welcome!
REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) is a national program administered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to reduce racial and ethnic health disparities. From 2020-2024, AIM partnered with CDC to engage and support participating REACH organizations in their efforts to address racial and ethnic disparities related to COVID-19 and flu vaccination coverage. Through this partnership, known as iREACH, recipients planned and carried out local, culturally appropriate programs to address racial and ethnic disparities in immunization coverage among Black/African American, Latino, Asian, American Indian, and Pacific Island/Alaska Native communities.
While the AIM iREACH program and the technical assistance provided by AIM iREACH ended on September 30, 2024, the iREACH Hub will continue to be publicly accessible online. This hub features iREACH resources, webinars and trainings, Hot Topics meeting slides and notes, and more! Note that the available resources will not be updated moving forward due to the program ending. When reviewing older materials, be sure to also check the latest recommendations and information from the CDC website, as some information will change over time. All iREACH resources are designed with accessibility in mind but might not be fully Section 508-compliant.
We encourage you to send any events and resources you would like to share with other partners directly to your CDC project officer and technical monitor. If you are looking for newer resources, visit the CDC Foundation’s Vaccine Resource Hub. Please let your CDC project officer and technical monitor know if you have any questions
