A few things to note before registering:

• Payment is required at the time of registration via credit card.
• You will not be able to make changes to your registration once it is submitted; if you need to make changes, please contact Kristy Westfall and/or Mackenzie Melton. The refunds and changes policy is below.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are limited to conference fees paid and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchase are non-refundable. All refunds will be remitted by the same method of payment used to register.

Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid, a written cancellation must be received no later than 11:59 PM EST on November 8, 2024, less a $25 administrative fee.

Partial Refund: Cancellations received from November 9, 2024, until 11:59 PM EST on November 21, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given starting November 22, 2024. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via email to [email protected].

Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted at any time, with no fee, and encouraged in lieu of cancellations and must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please include the original attendee’s name and email address along with the substitute’s contact information (name, phone, and email address).

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024 AIM Leadership in Action conference (event). Before you proceed to register, we strongly recommend you review the following terms and conditions:

• In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will register for the event. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of the event, Association of Immunization Managers (AIM).
• By opting to register for the event, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not register or try to enter the event premises.
• Please note that AIM reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the event (www.immunizationmanagers.org). These changes will relate back to the date of registration.
• Attendance at the event is reserved for AIM members and their staff or representatives, AIM Corporate Alliance members, non-profit partners, federal employees, and AIM staff and representatives. By registering for this event, you are expected to be a supporter of the immunization community and fully vaccinated.
• By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or hired photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant AIM permission to use the photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including AIM website and AIM print publications, without compensation or reward.
• The event registration you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the event on December 9-13, 2024, when the event is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend the event. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
• AIM has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of these terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of AIM will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
• If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, AIM has the sole and absolute right to:
  1. reschedule the event, or
  2. issue a partial/full refund, or
  3. not issue any refunds.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
